• Swing & dry swings
• Wrist hitting & vision drills
• Mental game
• Slow-motion video analysis
• Beating the pitcher
• Short and soft toss with live BP

Throwing/Pitching:

• Focus on the many grips
• Control & command
• Proper mechanics
• Drills & competitions
• Stretching & wind-up
• Flat ground, bullpen & on mound
• Long toss & pick-offs
• Pitchers Fielding Practice (PFP)
• Pepper
• Review the P-Chart
